Your role will involve tailoring digital marketing solutions to optimize campaign effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing campaigns Generating new business through prospecting and cold calling to exceed sales targets Customizing digital advertising and marketing solutions from Cox Media’s product suite Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective organizations Creating and presenting tailored sales proposals, successfully closing negotiations Participating in budgeting and forecasting for individual revenue targets Enhancing product knowledge through continuous training Representing Cox Media at trade shows and industry events Qualifications: Minimum: 4 years of sales support or marketing experience Experience with cold calling and lead prospecting Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Team-oriented, motivated individual eager to exceed goals Valid driving license and reliable transportation Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, or marketing Strong understanding of marketing principles and applications Certifications such as Interactive Advertising Bureau or Google AdWords are a plus The position offers a competitive base salary between $28,600.00 and $42,800.00, alongside an annual incentive/commission target ranging from $42,800.00 to $64,400.00.
