Marketing Leader - Manager/Director level

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to promote ZRT as the premier provider of quality laboratory testing services and expert in hormone and neurotransmitter testing. Working in collaboration with our executive team, you will lead our marketing initiatives and drive the overall marketing strategy for our growing company. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field • For Manager Level: 5-7 years marketing experience with 3+ years in supervisory/management role and experience in healthcare industry • For Director Level: 8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership/management role and experience in healthcare industry • Leadership experience in digital marketing with comprehensive understanding of online properties, lead generation, and message dissemination • Knowledge of websites, web metrics, marketing automation, digital services, and SEO/SEM • Experience leading marketing projects, product development, and brand management • Strong team management experience with history of developing high-performing teams • Exceptional customer service, judgment, organization, and time management skills • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 4-6 times annually for industry events and tradeshows • Must be able to work onsite at our Beaverton, OR location a minimum of 2 days per week (hybrid schedule) If you're passionate about healthcare innovation and ready to make a meaningful impact in the hormone and wellness testing industry, we want to hear from you.
